Choose the gym that matches how you actually train
Comparison pages usually end with the author's gym sweeping every category. That is not useful and it is not true here. Mobifit360 is a serious, well equipped, well staffed operation, and it is genuinely the better answer for several specific kinds of person. Being on the same street means we know exactly what they do well.
Choose Mobifit360 if
- You train outside 8 AM to midnight. They are open 24/7 with full-time staff. We close at midnight. If you want to lift at 3 AM, or you finish a night shift at 5 AM, go to Mobifit360. We cannot serve you and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
- You want sauna and cold plunge recovery. They publish a dedicated recovery floor with two extra-hot saunas and a cold plunge at 5 to 10°C. We have neither.
- You train two to four times a week. Their memberships are sold by visits per week, from a published 621,000₫ per 4 weeks for 2 visits in the daytime band. If you genuinely train twice a week, paying for unlimited access anywhere is a waste of money.
- You only train in office hours. Their 7 AM to 4 PM time band is their cheapest tier, which rewards people with flexible daytime schedules.
- You want a bigger facility. Three air-conditioned gym floors plus a recovery floor, a boxing area, free InBody scans, free towels and electronic-key lockers. That is more building than we have.
- You are already in their system. Their registered-visitor drop-in is 100,000₫, cheaper than our standard 150,000₫ day pass.
Choose Evolve if
- You want one enclosed premium floor. A single conditioned room built around serious training, rather than moving between floors. Some people want a facility. Some want a room. This is a preference, not a scoreline.
- You train most days. 1,990,000₫ a month at Evolve is unlimited, with no visit cap and no time band. Mobifit360's published 7 visits per week, 24-hour tier is 2,608,000₫ per 4 weeks.
- You want coaching inside the price. Our 3 and 12-month terms include 1 PT strategy session per month. Mobifit360 publishes PT at 500,000₫ per session for members, billed on top.
- You are committing for a year. 990,000₫ per month on 12 months, total 11,880,000₫, with 1 month of pause allowed. Mobifit360 sells 2 to 48 week terms but does not publish long-term totals.
- You want the newest room on the street. We opened in 2026. That is the honest reason our floor and our AC are in the condition they are, and it is an advantage with a shelf life.
- You have never trained at either. Your first visit to Evolve is free. At Mobifit360 a first-time non-member pays 120,000₫ to 160,000₫ depending on the hour.

Evolve figures are our own and current. Mobifit360 figures are taken from their own published rate card and facility pages at gym.mobifit360.com, checked 11 August 2026, which is why most of them are marked verified rather than reported. Prices in Da Nang change often. Confirm directly before paying either of us.
Location: the tiebreaker that is not available here
On every other comparison we have written, this is the section where we tell you to stop reading and pick whichever gym is closer, because the gym you go to is the gym you can get to. That advice is still correct. It is just useless here.
Mobifit360 is at 4-6 Hồ Xuân Hương. Evolve is at 14 Hồ Xuân Hương. Same street, same ward, same ride home, a couple of minutes on foot between the doors. Nobody in Khuê Mỹ is choosing between us on travel time. That is genuinely inconvenient for us, because location is the argument most gyms hide behind, and on this page we do not get to use it.
So the honest framing is this: if you live near Hồ Xuân Hương, walk into both. The rest of this page is about what you will notice when you do.
Air conditioning: both, and we are not claiming a win
In a city where most gyms run on fans and open shutters through 33 to 34°C afternoons at close to 85% humidity, air conditioning is the single most common reason people switch gyms in Da Nang. It is also the thing we usually lead with.
Not here. Mobifit360 publishes three air-conditioned gym floors and describes a powerful system, and nothing we have seen contradicts it. We are a fully enclosed conditioned floor. Both of us clear the bar that most of the city does not. This street is, as far as we can tell, the coldest 200 metres of gym floor in Da Nang.
What we can put on the record is our own specification, because it is ours to state. Evolve runs industrial air conditioning rather than domestic split units, and it runs from 8 AM to midnight without anyone having to ask at the desk. Those two variables, the class of unit and whether it is actually running, are what separate a gym that is cold from a gym that is air-conditioned on paper. We do not know Mobifit360's numbers on either, they do not publish them, and we are not going to invent them. Ask them the same two questions we just answered, and weigh the answers.
Facilities: they have more of them, and that matters to some people
This is the section where we lose on volume. Mobifit360 publishes three gym floors, a dedicated recovery floor with two extra-hot saunas and a cold plunge held at 5 to 10°C, a boxing area, free InBody body composition scans, free towels and electronic-key lockers. We do not have a sauna. We do not have a cold plunge. We do not have a boxing area.
If contrast therapy is part of how you recover, or you like finishing a session in a sauna, that is a real and specific reason to walk four doors down the street instead of coming to us, and we would rather say so than bury it.
What we will not do is claim an equipment win. We have not published a full inventory with brands and counts, so declaring ourselves better on kit in an article we wrote would be worthless to you. What we can say factually is that Evolve opened in 2026 and the floor is built around strength and free weight training in one enclosed conditioned room. Whether that suits you better than a larger multi-floor facility is a question about how you like to train, not a ranking.
Hours: 24/7 belongs to them, and it is not close
Mobifit360 is open 24 hours a day, every day, with staff on site. Evolve is open 8 AM to midnight.
Our midnight close is already unusual in Da Nang, where the typical gym shuts between 8 PM and 9 PM, and it covers the overwhelming majority of when people actually train. But if you need to train at 3 AM, you should go to Mobifit360. If you work nights, or your sleep runs on a schedule that puts your session before 8 AM, they are simply the correct answer and no amount of positioning changes that.
Where it does not matter: if you train between 8 AM and midnight, which covers most people most weeks, the two gyms are functionally identical on hours and you should decide on something else.
Price: the answer depends entirely on how often you train
This is the most interesting difference between us and it is worth doing the arithmetic rather than picking a headline number.
Mobifit360 sells access in blocks defined by two things: how many visits per week you want (2 to 7) and which time band you want (7 AM to 4 PM, 5 AM to 8 PM, or 24 hours). Their published 4-week rates run from 621,000₫ for 2 daytime visits a week up to 2,608,000₫ for 7 visits a week with 24-hour access. Evolve sells one thing: 1,990,000₫ for a month, unlimited, any hour we are open.
So the honest split is: if you train two, three or four times a week, or only in the daytime band, Mobifit360 will cost you less than us and you should take that deal. If you train five or more times a week, or you want the freedom to turn up whenever without counting, our flat 1,990,000₫ comes in below their comparable 5, 6 and 7-visit 24-hour tiers (2,049,000₫, 2,347,000₫ and 2,608,000₫ per 4 weeks).
On day passes they are cheaper at 100,000₫, but that rate is for visitors already registered in their system. A genuine first-timer walking in off the street pays 120,000₫ to 160,000₫ depending on the hour. Your first visit to Evolve is free. After that we are 150,000₫.
On long terms we cannot give you a clean comparison. Evolve publishes 1,490,000₫ per month over 3 months and 990,000₫ per month over 12 months (11,880,000₫ total, with 1 month of pause allowed). Mobifit360 sells terms from 2 to 48 weeks but does not publish the totals for the longer ones, and there may well be discounts we cannot see. Treat that row as incomplete rather than settled, and ask them.
The dimension nobody can honestly rank: crowds
You will find gym roundups that confidently rank how busy places are. Almost none of that is measured, and we are not going to invent numbers about a gym four doors away.
What is generally true across Da Nang is that 5 PM to 8 PM is the busiest window everywhere. Beyond that, the only structural thing worth saying is that a three-floor facility and a single-floor gym distribute people differently, and which of those you prefer at 6:30 PM on a Tuesday is a matter of taste. Go and stand in both at that hour. One visit will tell you more than any comparison table, including ours.
Frequently asked questions
Is Evolve or Mobifit360 better in Da Nang?
Neither outright, and unusually, location cannot break the tie. Mobifit360 is at 4-6 Hồ Xuân Hương and Evolve is at 14, both in Khuê Mỹ, a two minute walk apart. Choose Mobifit360 for 24/7 access, saunas and a cold plunge, or if you train two to four times a week. Choose Evolve for a single enclosed premium floor, unlimited access with no visit caps or time bands, coaching inside the membership, and a free first visit.
Which is open later, Evolve or Mobifit360?
Mobifit360, without qualification. They are open 24/7 with staff on site. We are open 8 AM to midnight. If you want to train at 3 AM, go to Mobifit360. There is no version of this comparison where we win that argument.
Which is cheaper, Evolve or Mobifit360?
It depends on how often you train. Mobifit360 charges by visits per week and time band, from a published 621,000₫ per 4 weeks (2 daytime visits) to 2,608,000₫ (7 visits, 24 hours). Evolve is 1,990,000₫ a month, unlimited. Train two to four times a week and they are cheaper. Train five or more and we are. On drop-ins their registered rate of 100,000₫ beats our 150,000₫, though your first visit to Evolve is free.
Do both Evolve and Mobifit360 have air conditioning?
Yes, and both are verified. Mobifit360 publishes three air-conditioned gym floors. Evolve is a fully enclosed conditioned floor. That puts both of us in a small minority in Da Nang. For our part, Evolve runs industrial air conditioning rather than domestic split units, and runs it from 8 AM to midnight without members having to ask. Mobifit360 does not publish its unit class or run times, so we cannot compare those directly. Ask both gyms the same two questions and weigh the answers.
Does Mobifit360 have a sauna and cold plunge?
Yes. They publish a recovery floor with two extra-hot saunas and a cold plunge at 5 to 10°C, plus free InBody scans, free towels and electronic-key lockers. Evolve has none of that. If recovery facilities are part of your routine, that is a clear reason to choose them.
Which one includes coaching?
Evolve includes it in the membership: 3 and 12-month terms come with one PT strategy session per month at no extra cost. Mobifit360 offers PT and nutrition coaching as paid add-ons, published at 500,000₫ per session for members and 600,000₫ for non-members. Both have coaches on the floor. The difference is whether structured sessions are inside the price or billed on top.
Your first visit is free
You are choosing between two gyms two minutes apart. Do both in one evening, at 6 PM when the heat and the crowd are at their worst, and pick the one you would actually keep coming back to.
